Privacy policy
This site is a publication. It has no accounts, no payments and no advertising network, so the amount of personal information involved is small by design.

Information you give us
The contact form is the only place this site asks for personal information. When you submit it we receive the name, email address, optional organisation, message category and message text you entered, plus the date and time of submission and the IP address the request came from.
We use it to read and answer your message and to keep a record of corrections and topic requests. Contact form submissions are not added to any marketing list and are not sold, rented or shared for marketing.
The value estimator
The illustrative estimator on the home page runs entirely in your browser. The values you move the sliders to are never transmitted to our server, are not stored, and are not associated with you in any way. Reload the page and the tool has no memory of what you entered.
Information collected automatically
The server hosting vehiclemarketpartners.com keeps standard request logs: IP address, timestamp, requested page, referring page where one is supplied, and browser user-agent. These support security, abuse prevention and fault diagnosis.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and runs no third-party advertising or profiling tags. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live.
Third parties
Two external providers serve assets used in the page: Google Fonts for typefaces and Unsplash for photography. Your browser contacts those providers directly to fetch those files, which discloses your IP address and the page you are viewing to them. We send them nothing else and receive no personal data back. Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf.
Retention
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as they remain useful for editorial follow-up and record keeping, then deleted. Server logs are kept on a rolling short-term basis.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Since the only personal information we hold is what you sent through the contact form, these requests are usually straightforward. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights; tell us what you are asking for and we will do our best to honour it.
Children
This is a trade and market education publication. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, and the contact form should not be used for confidential or financial information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially the date above will be updated. The version published here is always the current one.
